12 Municipalities converted again into Gram Panchayats

Jaipur : 12 municipalities has converted into gram panchayats again the state government. These municipalities were formed during the tenure of the previous Congress government in the state. After the High Court order, the notification for formation of the municipality has been withdrawn. Local Self Government Department has issued a notification in this regard. 

These municipalities converted into gram panchayats again :

Rishabhdev in Udaipur district, Ghatol in Banswara district, Ponkh in Jhunjhunu district, Raipur in Bhilwara district, Jawal in Sirohi district, Rani in Alwar district, Khirni in Sawai Madhopur district, Lalgarh Jatan in Sriganganagar district, Ramdevra in Jaisalmer district, Raniwara in Jalore district, Semari in Salumbhar district and Chavand Nagar Palika in Sarada district has been converted into Gram Panchayats again Now.
